I won't lie and say that this book isn't the usual sample test questions that just about any “prep material” includes, but unlike others I've seen, it also goes further than just spitting examples at you, it actually tries to *teach* concepts. Now, whether those conepts are easily understood is an entirely different matter as not everybody learns at the same speed nor are all of us capable of learning everything from something on paper (I'm including myself here as I can't figure out 2D instructions for origami to save my life) also sometimes going at it solo isn't the greatest, but as far as the latter goes I really think this book does a decent job at filling in some blanks. Now, does it teach you *everything* that there is to know about the priciples of management?Of course not, it's not a three semester course on the matter; it's a study guide. It presents key elements that are likely to be on the test but it's also up to each of us to complement that and grasp the concepts well enough that they translate to any set of parameters given. That said, this is a great place to start and perhaps it's even enough on it's own. I wouldn't honestly think so, but I'll admit that I'm certainly of the mindset that *only* more is more when it comes to something as important as tests... Yes. I'm *that* nerd. What can I say?Overall I think this is one of the better guides I've seen out there and I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who is getting ready to take the test, and to those who are, Good Luck!
